Tattoo waiver needed?

I ran across this on a blog done by a Marine Sgt Major...

Her: "I dunno about this possible nanny. She has way too many tattoos."
Him: "When I was growing up my nanny had tattoos."
Her: "Really? Where?"
Him: "On her arm... where the Nazis put them."
