What is life like for a 68W in a National Guard Special Forces support unit?

I don't think there are any slots for 68W in the NG units. They have 18D's so there's no need for 68Ws. NG SF unit slots are typically coded as interview only positions as well.

SFC (Join to see) They have Battalion Aid Stations, unsure what the MTOE looks like. The GSB medical capability? If I had CAC access, I'd check USAFMSA.

LTC Jason Mackay my last unit was an SF group. The 18Ds worked in the aid station and we requested a 68W from another unit because none are MTOE. At one time about a decade ago they had them.
I don't think the NG battalions have a GSB either, but I'm not sure.

SFC (Join to see) - I was surprised they had Battalion Aid Stations...if you squint, They almost look like a conventional unit (just kidding). I was reading about MEDCAPs done by an SF BN in Afghanistan. They didn't dive below the BN Surgeon and PA.
