Seems that the first and most important step isnt being discussed, Talking to that Soldier. Maybe it was a bad joke or someone was just messing around. Young people say stupid things, maybe he/she just needs to be sat down and shown how that behavior reflects poorly on their judgement and how others may perceive a substance abuse problem. If there isnt any other indicators of substance abuse, I dont see why you would rush someone to ASAP.

actually a molly is pure mdma in a capsule and the it is swallowed mdma is the same main ingredient of extacy or whatever you want to call in it just doesnt or shouldnt have anyother drugs mixed with it like extacy does so that when the comedown starts that you dont feel like crap
