A set up is your skills, talent, gifts etc...that help you deliver a product, service etc. I personally feel that all of us have a good set up. But we just don't know what to do with it. I know I can make a good Athletic Director. However, so does 100 others that are in the same industry. So what then should I do? I have to separate myself from them. How do you do that? How can you separate from your peers in a small field?
To paraphrase President John F. Kennedy: "Ask not what an Institution can do for you...but what you can do for it". You have to realize that companies are hiring based on what you can do for its customer base. Regardless if you are in Parks and Recs, YMCA or Schools. These entities want you to treat their customers with respect and dignity. In the end bad or good customer service affects the bottom line.
To recap...companies want Candidates that;
Know how their skills and talents can help Deliver-Great Customer Service and create a Awesome work environment.

Good points. Know what you can do to help that company or entity achieve its goals. And ask questions. If you don't, the interviewer will assume you are not really interested.

Thank you Maam.
I really believe as a Candidate for employment. We have change our views of receiving to giving. I have seen with my own eyes how effective good customer service can create more buzz for a business. An article in the Wall St. Journal cited that people are turning to automated companies because of the unprofessionalism of call center workers. And I have been on the other end of such services. Sorry for the essay.

Skills. Specifically, skills relevant to what the business is doing. Additionally, on top of the skills the business needs in order to do it's core activity, a candidate needs to be able to communicate during the interview. If you know how to demogrify the comptoplexification generator, but you can't convey your level of expertise in that endeavor, then you don't do well in the interview.
