I'm looking to switch to RA after my ETS date. How easy is the process after my ETS? What is the process to transfer after ETS? Do I still need to submit a DD-368 after my ETS to transfer?

The 368 is only to request to be released from your RC unit while you still have a contract. If you wait till you separate then you're just another prior service candidate.

What he said. After you ETS, it's not a transfer. You're just going to an active component recruiter for a contract. This is usually easier than trying to get a conditional release before your ETS.
Pro tip, start dealing with your active component recruiter a few months before your ETS to get a head start on everything, you just can't sign until after your ETS.

You chain of command should be able to help with that question.
Also any enlistment office in your area can help with the move to regular army.
