Can anyone enlighten me about their experience in traversing to recruiting from OCONUS?

Just found out this morning that I'll be going to Recruiting School next summer. If anyone could enlighten me about their experience in traversing this from and OCONUS location, I would be forever grateful! TIA.

If I remember correctly, if you are oconus you will go to your Recruiting Station first and then off to Recruiting School. For people who are conus based, they go to Recruiting School, get their assignment, and then go home, clear and Report to their station.
