Can I attend ROTC as master student to get commissioned?

I have a bachelors, planning to get my masters in 3-5 years, started off enlisted as SPC but I want to get commissioned, can I do masters and ROTC to get commissioned?

Short answer, you just have to be enrolled full time. If you are degree complete, that full time enrollment can a a masters program or all PE classes.
