I am a 88M (Motor Transport Operator). I deployed 6 times to the combat zone delivering supplies from CL 1-X. I know this is critical for Logisticians' everywhere for I personally watched the lines halt at a FOB outside of Baghdad, Irag during OIF (March 2003) because it was so stretched supporting the warfighters. The Army must be ready to supply the force. Here is a strategic vision 2020 and beyond. As I retire 1 January 2015, I challenge all Leaders to stay up with changes in your Career Management Field and understand the big picture. This Case Study was produced by CASCOM and good information for Logisticians and Soldiers everywhere to know in my opinion. The Army is going through transformation and reset, nothing new, if you been around a day or two.
Please share your thoughts on resupplying the Army in all Classes of Supplies.

I am pretty sure changes are going to make the services look a whole lot difference in the coming decades. For one just the expenses with regards to vets.
