I found a Joint Staff Permanent Order in my iPerms for the Joint Meritorious Unit Award that doesn’t name my unit. Am I authorized it? I had the ISAF patch and the Joint Center for International Security Assistance is named in the order.

Check your deployment orders and see what unit you were truly assigned to and if you have a position on a Joint Manning Document (JMD). The center you were in still maybe part of ISAF HQs

If HRC sent through iPERMS I'd wear it because that is a true data base for ERB or 214. I'd wear it.
