How long does it take an OER to get to iPerms from submission?

My board file just opened up for Captain and I’m wondering how long it’ll take my OER to populate in iPerms to go to my board file.

LT, are you Guard, Reserve or AD? Guard, eh not as fast as it should, I would do your self a favor and make phone calls to ensure it gets done in a timely manner. People can, depending on the state, move slowly, more so if your Sr Rater's are not full time.

Chief, I’m reserve but I’m currently deployed. My SR has submitted it. I’m just wondering the time frame from submission.

LT, I can't speak to the speed of the Reserve's but I can to the guard, snail mail, some ones retirement party on Friday afternoon, Friday's in general, and what the priority is this week in the politics of the state can have influence on a decision. I swear the Command of the Guard should be taken away from the States as it is a folly of the worst order. Selection for a an Adjutants General should be reserved for Federal Boards, not Governors, the elected population (South Carolina Still has a publically elected TAG), or state capitols to decide.
