How do I prove I've taken Correspondence Courses? What do I need? Does my ATTRS transcript work? Is there a definitive list of courses?

I've take MANY courses through the years through ATTRS, ALMS and JKO. I've seen my ATTRS transcript and have about 380 "credits" from these courses. I'm not even sure I'm taking courses worth promotion points!
Does my ATTRS transcript work as proof?
Is there an actual course list out there so I'm not just swimming through hundreds of courses hoping they count towards something?
Correspondence Course hours show up on my ERB, but really there's no proof for the EPS board to back what my ERB says.
Should I even be concerned if they're on my ERB??
I'm in the National Guard and we only have one opportunity a year to be put on our States EPS list, it can be extremely competitive and every single point counts. A lot of us have AA/BA education so it really comes down to these correspondence courses and a well written SPCER (yup, we do these) setting us apart from each other. If I max my hours, it's one less thing to worry about when it comes to the board!
In my personal opinion, there should be a course path for each MOS so we are taking courses that pertain to our jobs, but that's just the good idea fairy talking...

Go to your Army Career Tracker and on the course breakdown it will say “online” or “resident” the online courses are courses take through ALMS/JKO. As far as telling which ones are worth credit, The column “DL Points” will have a number in it. Those courses are worth hours which qualify for points in distance learning. Hope that helps.

Not all correspondence courses are worth DL points Brandon and your ERB will show DL points earned. Your JST is your transcript of JKO courses completed and perhaps you should have that transcript added to your Enlisted Record. The rules may have changed, because we submitted training transcripts for correspondence from AATRS and academic reports for resident courses back a decade ago. COL Mikel J. Burroughs
