Are there differences in how hard basic training is at different locations (I'm going to Fort Sill)?

I graduated Fort Sill in December all of the bt sites teach and instill the same toughness and mentality to be a soldier I came from A1/19 and that's the premiere battery at Fort Sill. Just stay motivated deal with the trainees that want to be stupid take the smoking and look at it all as it is helping prepare you.

While they all share the same POI and should be enforcing the same standards, I will say from my experience that I could tell if a Soldier was trained at FLW, Sill or Benning or if they were a product of Ft. Jackson. Take it from there.

personally basic is not hard, no matter where you go, just stay motivated and have a positive attitude and you'll get through it.

At one time I would dispute that, I have worked Ft. Knox back when they did the regular basic training along with OSUT for armor, and I have worked Ft. Jackson, and I can definitively say the Standards at Knox were much higher than anything I witnessed in 2 years at Jackson. I found Ft. Jackson to be really unimpressive to what I was accustom to.
