IRR to active duty

I’m trying to go active duty army, but currently IRR for the navy. Dd368 is completed but I’ve been told the navy is not signing them

You’ve been told...submit the form and make them deny it, name on the line. At least you’ll know

Your Commander said you wouldn't be released?

... Well, that's that, unless you open door and skip your commander.

Even if I completed my active portion of my navy contract? Is it hard to get some one else to sign it?

If you're IRR, it goes to HQ.

... Someone else doesn't sign it, your commander does. If you get a no, it's a no. Finish your irr time, then come army with no issues.

You don't need a 368 if your IRR status. Only drilling reservist or Active duty status need those.

No IRR need it as well. Once of IIR status no longer needed.
