Dealing with undisciplined, unorganized civilians who only had their jobs because of their time with the company.

Finding suitable employment that will give me the same benefits I had in the military. Even before joining the military, finding employment that pays better than minimum wage has always been a "full-time" job for me. The last two jobs I've had since leaving the military have only paid 1/2 of what I was making at my previous rank in the Army, with no medical or dental.

I hear ya, dude. It's even harder while trying to go to school. Finding full time work is a tall order, or anything that is not physically demanding. I have to pause at jobs requiring lifting 50lbs. Man, my back acts up just by looking at those.

The comradery, teamwork and the security of knowing that someone has your back if needed. My first job after getting our it was everyone for themselves. I didn't stay there long (8 month), then I found a job with a company that me feel as I was part of a team and I really enjoy working for them.

That is great to hear, and that is a very similar commitment to what Wells Fargo stands for. We are a team, we don't have 'employees,' we have 'team members.' Since me an email at [login to see] if you are looking for conversations about what we offer here at Wells or visit our Military careers page https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/military
