As for your property being shipped from your HOR (I'm assuming your a single soldier), it's probably going to be on YOUR dime. Your best bet is to get with the transportation office. When I was in Okinawa, I got with their transportation office and had arranged to get my stuff that was placed into a storage unit at the time picked up and put into government storage (had to give my parents a limited power of attorney to facilitate on that side) and then when I was ready for it after I bought a house in TX near Fort Hood after redeploying from Afghanistan, arranged with the transportation office to have my stuff moved from storage to my house.
