Are there any Army Reserve recruiters or Army National Guard recruiters here who work in Virginia?

I am sure she can at a minimum provide you with the right contact person.

I know at one point I was trying to find a unit so I had called HRC and they provided me with the number of that unit's retention NCO. I believe you should be able to contact HRC and ask for retention NCOs by geographic area for both components. If you're interested in joining a Cyber unit, I can get you in touch with my unit's recruiter since we'd be the only unit near Virginia.
