Former Intelligence NCO with over 17 1/2 years in the Army, now as a Contractor for the DOD. Believer that the one of the main missions of the Army is to take care of the Soldier and their family. As part of the NCO Creed states, "Competence is my watchword. My two basic responsibilities will always be uppermost in my mind—accomplishment of my mission and the welfare of my Soldiers."

Served as the Intelligence Sergeant for the G3 Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination Section supporting Aerial Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance assets and specific lines of effort. Identified and defined emerging and future requirements and initiatives across the Army, Joint, Inter-organizational, and multinational spectrums.

Served as the Battalion Operations NCO responsible for the training and coordination for three companies of 200+ Permanent Party (Military, DACs, and contractors) and over 1500 IET Soldiers. Responsible for publishing OPORDs, FRAGOs, and WARNOs tasks to BN Staff and to subordinate companies.

Served as the Training NCO of the Enlisted Analyst Training Committee Capstone Situational Training Exercise. Responsible for the STX training of over 600 Soldiers, supervised the implementation of courseware and integration of situational scenarios on site. Supported the integration of the Joint Intelligence Combat Training center, Captain Career Course, Basic Officer Leadership Course, Warrant Officer Basic Course and the Noncommissioned Officers Course into the Situational Training Exercise.

Served as the Division G2 Operation's Senior Intelligence Sergeant and first line supervisor in all matters of health, welfare, and training of six subordinates, provided direction and purpose to junior intelligence analysts for maintaining intelligence files, order of battle and intelligence graphics and products. Advised the G2 and Senior Command Staff on plans and operations in support of Division Intelligence Missions and served as the night shift NCOIC during combat operations and exercises.
