Walking... Great fat burner. Put on a weight vest or a ruck and walk 5 miles. It will do wonders!

Yep. I walk, ruck and do pullups with a 50 lb weighted vest. http://www.vmaxweightvest.com It's like my child lol

Cadet PVT (Join to see) running to the fridge is my favorite between sets of vegging on the couch. Most effective is probably running or Insanity Max 30.
