RallyPoint has been around for a long time now. I had the honor of visiting the RallyPoint HQ recently and got a chance to really reflect on all the stories and some characters of RallyPoint. What is a story that stands out when you think of RallyPoint. Mine is, of course, the Saluting LT question. That question will always be remembered with infamy.

Not so much a story but a great pleasure meeting some fine folks. While in DC visiting my son SFC Steven Borders I got to meet PV2 (Join to see) 1SG Michael Blount CW5 Jim Steddum SGT Kristin Wiley CW3 (Join to see). My biggest regret is missing a possible chance of meeting the famous CPT (Join to see) of 'Saluting LT' question fame while he was here in Spokane. The great people here on Rally Point is one of our greatest assets! I salute you all, great job!!!

You never know when I will be around. I might be going to Fort Lewis next year for a while.

CPT (Join to see) - I must say I have three favorite stories - (1) reconnecting with many former and current colleagues who I would never have seen again if it were not for RallyPoint, (2) a few new colleagues who have chosen to pursue their education through graduate school and residency to become practicing doctors, lawyers, etc - because they were inspired by former military colleagues on Rallypoint, and (3) the opportunity to make contact and make difference for RallyPoint colleagues in personal crises. Warmest Regards, Sandy :)
