A 5k-a-day challenge for August. Walk it, jog it, or run it. Can't do it all at once, break it up but get it done. Don't speak metric, 5k = 3.1 miles. Live a mile and a half from work, then walk both ways every day. We all need our exercise, commit to it with a comment. 1 - 31 August 2014: 5k-a-day!
