Well, we all rally around the fact that we all hate it equally, so I guess that sort of counts.

I think it should be developed more. I worked for one company that had picnics and barbecues frequently. It seemed to make people feel more appreciated, and in turn it helped them work together more.

SGT (Join to see) I work for the Navy and it is rapid, here and there since I work with a lot or retirees and active duty Veterans. For the most part that's a ROGER!

That is glad to hear. As an educator, I see it manifest itself in schools and among teachers with the same subject matter. I was wondering if other professions felt the same way. Thanks!
