Why is it that I need permission to exercise my Second Amendment protected right, but not any 1st Amendment Rights?

We have Constitutionally Protected Rights. Why is it always the Left leaning politicos that want to keep their rights but take away others. They use augments that other countries don't have/need the 2nd amendment like laws. The Problem is "We The People" are not like other countries. Our Founder Left Those Countries For the Reasons Liberals are using to enforces their Political Correctness on us.

Because your vocalized opinions don't generally leave a classroom full of dead children to clean up?

Neither my opinions or guns have ever left a classroom full of dead kids. Keep your commie hands off my bang stick.

SPC Dawn Appelberg (Johnson) - should you be able to yell ‘fire!’ In a crowded theater?

SGT (Join to see) - Yes. Absolutely. And then held accountable for repercussions, if any.
What harm does yelling fire cause if no one moves? What about if there actually IS a fire? Should we then not yell fire for fear of creating panic?
We should be allowed basic freedom in all things - and held accountable for the repercussions of our decisions. If I cause a stampede, charge me with whatever crimes are applicable (wanton endangerment, incitement, etc.). If I shoot an innocent, charge me for that assault (or murder). But restricting ANY right is simply wrong.
