Found millions in lost assets due to paper challenges and poor inventory methods. Have placed hard to qualify workers in satisfying careers, such as stay at home mothers and retirees. Have owned two successful businesses and working on rebuilding a third.

Federal, Civilian, and Military Pay Clerk/Travel Clerk/Mobilization Liaison
·Multiple payroll platforms to include, DTS, RFO-IDT, DFAS, FM Lite, Ensure all input was correct, and research, correct, and ensure the accurate re-input of any rejected data. Responsible for civilian, federal employee, and military pay.
·Maintain accurate records and backup documentation in a way which allowed other entities to utilize the information. Created a two man one stop support facility for over 10,000 mobilized soldiers which handled SIDPERS, MILPAY, and medical files.
·Maintained entitlements to include pay, insurance, veteran entitlements, dependent entitlements, punitive records, promotions, personnel records, and troubleshot all aspects to ensure the soldiers had a smooth transition after duty.
Ensured all JFTR and Vol 7 were applicble and adhered to.
