Whats the policy (wear out date) on wearing the black fleece?

There isn't one. The latest ALARACT said the following in regards to the fleeces.
P. THE BLACK OR FOLIAGE GREEN ACU FLEECE CAN BE WORN AS AN OUTER GARMENT WITH THE ACU, BATTLE DRESS UNIFORM, AND DESERT BATTLE DRESS UNIFORM, UNLESS OTHERWISE DIRECTED BY THE COMMANDER.

Oh, for the sake of being thorough and citing, all I had to do was go to G-1's website and search for "black fleece".
