Has anyone successfully been awarded an MOS due to OJT and proven performance? I'm stuck in a 798 MOS and actively perform a different MOS

SGT(P) (Join to see) I was awarded the MOS 14R/14S back in 1992/1993 due to gunnery and maneuvers being the Top Gun in Air Defense Artillery. I would talk to your Career Counselor in your unit to get jumpstarted. Good luck.
