I am Active duty national guard (FTNGD-Counterdrug) and am going TDY for BLC. I have dependents and normally receive full BAH. Will my BAH change or remain the same (based on my duty station zip code)?

It depends on your orders. How long is your school? If it's the standard 2 weeks that the reserve and NG component get then you are not getting BAH. If you're AGR your orders should cover you and there won't be a change to your normal LES (HOR will remain the same).

They are counterdrug orders and I stay on my counterdrug orders for blc. That is how they do it in Wisconsin. My unit will pay counterdrug back after blc.

No change to BAH due to TDY orders, BAH is dependent on your home of record (duty assignment in your active case) which TDY won't chance, a TCS may change, a PCS order will change your BAH. If you don't have dependents you could be ordered to relocate by your command which would affect BAH, this is highly unlikely. Since you have dependents (living off base) they would have to pay to move your family if they changed your BAH to a different location.

Im not an expert here but it seems to me that your BAH is based on your HOR zip code.

Not for counterdrug orders because we are NG it is based on our physical work location. We are odd balls, which is the reason I ask the question in the first place. I am going to ask my budget NCO tomorrow.
