Should the American Public be concerned about our Leadership's Personal Email use. We see what it has done to Hillary Clinton. Now Defense Secretary Ash Carter has done the same thing. Should there be a Concern?

I can see this as a possible Achilles heel for him. Will he resign because of this? Unknown. Is it possible? Yes. If that happens, we'll have another new SecDef to finish out the term.
Given Manning and Snowden, the American people should be concerned with the Carter and Clinton private email usage.

MAJ Bryan Zeski - Along the lines of the worst that could happen - I was thinking of their involvement with classified information. I'm not saying the SecDef emailed classified information, but that would be the worst that could have happened.
