SSG (Join to see)
Too little too late. Where is the initial investigation that was wrapped up when he went Awol? How could he not be flagged, or dealt with it? So he becomes POW because of his action, and then get promoted? Sorry, but I don't buy it, specially when so many people try to halt your ascending career with these.

What are the chances of a SSG, having completed 48 months of TIG, being retained after consideration for QMP, if they have a class date reserved and had been in training and/or deployed during those 48 months?

Chances or retain rates are not released...no NCO are in training and/or deployed for 48 months. Leaders MUST attend required schools.
