Our supply room has held onto these cameras for years without using them(the videos on them were from 2008) and I was wondering if anyone has ever used them efficiently before. I'm trying to develop some new ways to teach CLS or 68W skills with it, but I do not want to buy a GoPro or 100 mph tape it to an ACH. The two pictures show what I think is required to effectively mount it to ones ACH, but I cannot find a NSN for either item. What I'm really asking is, 1. Have you ever used one and was it efficient? Are the items required to mount to an ACH more likely a civilian item or do you think they could be ordered through supply? Thank you for your time.

Others have said Gov Credit card, however you can also call the Manufacturer and ask them what the NSN is, if it has one. They WILL know it. They want these things to move, and getting an NSN assigned is a "Holy Grail" item for a Government Vendor.

As TSgt David L. has already mentioned, if you have justification enough and your unit has a Government Purchase Card, you should be able to have what you need commercially procured without going through MILSTRIP process.

You don't need a NSN if your unit has a Govt credit card and you can find them commercially. So far as I know this process hasn't changed anyway.
