I got 3 LORs from above O3. The maximum LOR should be 4.
I have 3 more LORs, one from 1LT, 1 from the leadership course instructor, and a professor from my college.
Which of them is better among these 3?

I wouldn’t submit an LOR from a 1LT. As far as the other two letters go, it depends on their background. Unless the professor is a retired officer or has some type of military expertise that is mentioned in the LOR, it won’t carry any weight. If your leadership instructor hasn’t served, their letter probably won’t get much traction either. We had a candidate provide a LOR from a retired O6, but since it was from his father, we didn’t use it when considering him for OCS. Your best bet is probably to just go with the three LORs you have.

Seek letters of recommendation from your BN CDR & BDE CDR.... speak to your Company Commander first about engaging your CoC in getting their endorsements/LORs. Your BN CSM should be able to assist you in gaining a LOR from your Commanders, if your unit thinks highly of you as a Soldier.

I agree my 3 LOR’s were from my Company, Battalion and Brigade Commanders and I was told at the board that having all 3 of them recommend me was a huge factor in my selection.

It definitely depends on what you are being "recommended" for. But if I had to pick from these choices, I would say the Leadership Course Instructor is a good bet. But if you need LOR's to get into a college, then probably you college Professor.

I've never needed a LOR for college admissions... OCS, yes you do. So having your Chain of Command all backing you for OCS, is a huge boost in my opinion.
