I've never been stationed overseas neither has anyone mentioned to me what schools are available overseas. Airborne, pathfinder, air assault, sasmo, hazmat, EOD, etc are all schools I've heard of stateside. Anyone knows of schools overseas to assist with career progression/promotion points?

Assuming you're limiting yourself to "military schools", my best advice is to check with your education center wherever you are stationed as they would have the best insight as to what's available to you.
Most PME schools are held in the states because that's where the critical mass is (as Maj Kim Patterson mentioned, there is NATO training available in various NATO countries, but you'll usually have to be in a NATO assignment to be eligible for them (not all though).

Does SHAPE (Supreme HQ Allied Powers Europe) still exist? I would think NATO replaced it.

NATO has a LRRP school, I attended it in 97. Was a very demanding school. The big difference between this school and U.S. schools is you only get one chance to pass or fail. There was no retest. Was good to be with soldiers from other countries, instructors from other countries. Overall good esperience.
