Can anyone help me know if I can get help from someone for a HELOC or a Refi on a new home built in 2014 and is under the VA home loan program? Quicken Loans seems to not have the answer or they choose not to help...either way it's too dang hard to get an answer for?

If you already have a VA Loan, have you contacted the VA to see what their advice is?
