I have an approved DD368 with my current ESC, it’s for me to go Active-Duty Warrant, the board is in 4 months. I have been informed that I am being transferred outside this ESC to another ESC.

This means new Commanding General, does that mean I have to get a new DD368 through the new ESC or will the approved DD368 from last ESC commanding General still be valid and hold up if selected for Active-Duty Warrant?

I have reached out to sources within the Army at different levels, offices and I am getting mixed responses.

If your DD368 has already been approved by your current command, it should still be valid even if you're being transferred to another command. I cannot recall a situation when this was not the case. But, its always a great idea to inform your new command about your approved DD368 and your intention to go Active Duty Warrant.

You got a valid signature by the current Commanding Officer at that date, then you are good to go.

As someone who has been in a similar situation, I can understand the concern about whether your DD368 will remain valid if it's transferred to another ESC before the warrant board convenes. From my experience, as long as the transfer is properly documented and processed, the validity of your DD368 should not be affected. It's crucial, however, to ensure that all necessary paperwork is updated and that you follow up with the appropriate channels to confirm everything is in order. If you have any doubts or need more specific guidance, I’d recommend reaching out to your HR or legal advisor for https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/best-essay-writing-services-review-5-most-reliable-websites-walton-jrq3e detailed advice tailored to your situation.
