I hope this judgement holds up, though with the current SCOTUS I would not bet money on it.

That video has been there for 3 years with no comments.
Nothing wrong with a ''theory" being discussed in our public schools. Most folks do not even understand what CRT is.

There is no legal reason for this to stand, SCOTUS should reverse. All of Western Civilization is grounded on the Ten Commandments. Why would you be against it?

SrA John Monette - All of Western Civilization. Especially the Catholic nations you mentioned. Why are you so afraid of religion?

SFC Eric Harmon I’m not afraid of religion. I also know that the first amendment specifically says that congress cannot establish a national religion. So unless you’re going to put other religious documents or texts in schools, no “christian” documents should be allowed.

SrA John Monette - Teaching the basis for Western Civilization in school is hardly establishment of a national religion. Should we also stop teaching science? What else should be banned from school? The so called climate crisis is a matter of faith, perhaps it should also be dropped? Perhaps we should teach critical reasoning and actual history, something the Judeo-Christian values are a large part of.
