How is life in 92A AIT as a SFC MOS-T at Fort Lee?
Would I have mandatory PT every morning?
Any Federal Holidays observed during AIT?
Any restrictions I should expect?
Is DFAC mandatory or can I expect to go eat anywhere as I please?
Has anyone recently graduated as a SR NCO for any MOS-T AIT at any other installations? If so, what was your experience?
What are some of the things I can expect? Good/bad/ugly.

I can't speak of how things are today, but I can speak of many moons ago where I was a young IET in Medic training back in '94. We had a SFC going thru the course with us. The only time I saw that guy was during PT and occasional POI (he was assigned to a different platoon). Cadre left him to his devices. He was not required to stay in the barracks. As for the DFAC, that may depend on what your orders say.
I would recommend you make contact with the school house to see what their policy is. Because, at the end of the day, it's all going to depend on their policy and whim.

I got to think it's going to be pretty chill.
The only one that could potentially push back on him is going to be the 1SG. He'll probably outrank all instructional Cadre, and at BEST be the same rank as some Cadre.
The balance is going to be staying in his student lane, and really towing the non fraternization line among his classmates. Then HOPE on HOPE of HOPES he's not put in a position where he needs to flex in Sr NCO authority in a school house situation that is going out of control where he is really just there to get a new MOS, but carries the weight of SFC when things might go sideways.
I'm certain someone is going to see him on the student roster and not be too excited about it.

We had MOS-T in AIT when I went (96B, now 35F). I think the only time we saw them was in class honestly. They were in a different barracks. They were treated more like permanent party. The Drill Sergeants had nothing to do with them I believe. One of them was a SFC (although I believe he didn't make it through AIT). But they had a pretty chill life it seemed. We (IET) were not supposed to fraternize with them outside class.
Yes federal holidays are observed during AIT - in 2004-05 they were so I assume they still are. I was in AIT for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I feel like we got President's Day in Feb too? I can't recall. But I know we had Thanksgiving off. I went to my aunt's in Tucson. And then I went home for Exodus. I feel like there was one more long weekend before we went to the field and graduation. And I graduated end of Feb 05.
It should be much more relaxed for you. The schoolhouse would have the most current answers.
