My reenlistment window is coming up and I wanted to reclass as a 25N through reenlistment. However, I noticed that the IN/OUT Reenlistment and Reclassification Calls, there is a shortage for my current MOS (25C) as well as for the MOS I want to reclass to (25N). Will I be allowed to reclass through reenlistment?

If you are an initial term Soldier you will be allowed to request it. HRC will decide whether to approve it based on strengths.

Initial term? You mean first contract right ? If that’s the case I might be able to

If there is a shortage at your MOS, it unlikely that you will be released to another short MOS. What sense would that make? SFC (Join to see)
