My pcs leave includes PTDY but was approved at my current unit/duty station already. (Signed by the BC) does anyone at my next duty station still need to sign or stamp it?

Generally speaking no, but I would send them a courtesy copy just to cover the bases.

Should PTDY be granted by the losing unit, no. Is there a regulation that covers this, yes. When you report to your unit, you must sign in, then subsequently sign out on PTDY, and this is if the command approves it based on unit mission at the time. My recommendation is, do not just go on PTDY without first clearing it with your gaining unit.
