To my fellow NCOs awaiting their fate under the QMP, I emailed HRC this morning for an update, and was informed that they released the results of the board to the MACOMs this morning at 0755,for their further distribution. Does anyone have a idea on when we should expect word, now that the results are at MACOM level? Thanks for the help, and best of luck to all affected.

I was notified yesterday by my BC that I survived the QMP board... I have never experienced stress like that before... My thoughts and prayers go out to the others that still are still waiting.

You get notified that you are getting looked at. At which point you have 30 days to submitt any materials to the board to look when they convene and decide if they are going to select you or not for QMP.

Playing the waiting game now and been so stressed out! Got a article 15 back in 2004 over some craziness and have had great ncoer's ever since and not one issue since so praying all goes well- only have 3 1/2 years left to retire! My wife and I are banking on transferred 911 benefits for daughter going to college soon and my contract isn't up till Nov;( just all blows!

I doubt this will be released to the units this week.....I wish each of you the best and hope those impacted have made the tough choices to this point and have their families (and finances) prepared.
For what it's worth to those that might be facing this challenge head on, check out Chapter 19 of AR 635-200

You should also review the QMP specific MILPER as it outlines everything that you should expect.

Thank you CSM. I'm having a hard time interpreting this Reg. I am AGR and have 18 AFS and near 20 total. So which rule applies to me? Does 19-13C or 19-15A?
Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

SFC (Join to see) - SFC Vega I read on the most recent QMP MILPER message that if you have at least 18 years of AFS then you will have the choice to drop your packet at 19 years and retire. I currently have 17 years 11 months. I have a GOMOR and I am scared that they will not let me retire.
