I have already typed up my own pcs award and now I'm being told to type up my won NCOER. I am starting to get pissed off at how lazy people in my troop are. I will provide bullet points but for me to type the whole this is absolutely outrageous.

Are you suppose to? Of course the answer is no, but because of lazy leaders who think they don't have the time to properly counsel their subordinates, they pawn it off of them. Use this as a lesson learned and to not become that lazy type of NCO. Take the time to counsel your Soldiers. Trust me, Soldiers want leaders who are invested in them and their careers.

Well said 1SG. Very true. This gives you time to actually learn how to do one if you have never wrote one up for someone.

Hey Brother- jump on it then. Sad to say you have to make this happen but nothing will get done if you don't take care of yourself when stuff like this happens. If you need help with let someone know. Send me a note of still no luck.

No but you need to provide what you feel are your strengths and weaknesses allowing chain of command to provide accurate comments. Hooah??
