I am in the Reserves as an 88M and just applied for an AGR slot. What are the odds that I get an offer for one of the vacant slots for 31B?

SPC (Join to see) If you don't already hold the MOS as a primary or secondary, your chances are extremely low. You are going to be competing against other Soldiers who already hold the MOS. The USAR and/or USANG will not spend more money on someone who doesn't hold the MOS, if there is someone who does hold the MOS.
