PO3 Bob McCord - Yep, many of those boys didn’t come home for three or four years. It always makes me chuckle when I hear today’s SMs complain about four- or six-month deployments!!!

Absolutely. I couldn't have done 23 years without my wife. Especially with 2 boyz. And then taking care of me when I got back. Thanks to all of the spouses and for everything they do!

And yes they did, my son's wife to date takes care of the kids and house, every time he goes to sea for 4 or 6 mouths.
Lucky for them, they are stationed in Hawaii. Lol
