Some credit cards have built-in insurance and you can skip separate policy when renting a car.

That is so true, the limited damage waiver is the bread and butter of the rental car companies. I think some credit cards like the USAA basic Visa or Mastercard also covers you for the deductible. Also your US Government charge card also covers that as well.
Your GTC travel card that you use when you are on orders and traveling. Just make sure to not take a cash advance at the strip club where you will get in deep trouble LOL

I used to stress about shelling out extra cash for insurance every time I rented a car, but now, with the right credit card, I can skip that step altogether. It's like having an extra layer of security without the added cost. Plus, it's super convenient—just swipe your card and you're good to go. It's saved me a ton of hassle and money over the years. And hey, speaking of insurance, if you're into road tripping like I am, you might want to consider comparing motorhome insurance too. I've found some great options on https://www.insurancecloud.co.uk/services/motorhome/
