No, a DTY move is a type of PCS. Unless your unit is PCSing you to another duty location you are not authorized to be paid to move. What you are talking about is called a local move. Local moves are unit funded. The only time you're going to see a unit fund a local move is when it benefits the unit, or they have received an exception from very high up the chain because the Soldier is in a dangerous living situation

SFC - Our unit funding anything is going to be an issue sooo I guess I’ll just have to move on my own lol
Thank you for your time!

Without any other information, you should be authorized a move unless you are in a TDY status during the orders.

Sir,
I have not received a physical copy of my orders yet. Start date is 1 OCT.
This is my first “AD” Orders outside of basic and AIT.
Would you mind sharing how I would find out if they are TDY Orders?
From what I understand is they are Mobilization Orders to my Unit in support of the C2CRE Mission. I will have to go to Fort Bragg to mobilize to my unit.
I am new to this so I apologize for my lack of knowledge in any of this

This is a mobilization.... then they probobly won't move your household goods. You will get all your answers from your unit or the mobilization site.
I've only done one reserve mobilization all there rest of my tours have been active duty. 7 regular army deployments and my reserve mobilization was probably more stressful than all of them. Just not knowing the answers and not having someone to ask who had the answers was awful.
Best of luck

Doesn’t really seem that you would rate a move with this not being PCS or anything like that but you could always contact TMO and verify but I doubt it will rate
