The Choctaw Code-Talkers of WWI, also known as the telephone warriors, were recruited to transmit messages and devise a system of communications. Within 24 hours after these telephone warriors began their work, the tide of battle had turned, and in less that 72 hours the Germans were retreating.
The WWI Code-Talkers served and sacrificed, establishing a code for all other Code-Talkers to follow.
