Turley nails it again. This time on Judge Sullivan. This is overreach. If the government drops charges and will not prosecute someone, why is the court still pursuing it? This is the US Government vs Michael Flynn. There is no longer any issue between the two parties. Charges are dropped. Time for the Judge to follow the law and move on.

Yeah, the prosecutor withdraws and the judge decides he's going to continue prosecuting.... judicial tyranny is still a tyranny. That judge needs to be defrocked and sent to pasture.
