This was Bliedorn, Ansbach Germany,
I remember they finally demolished the old WW2 barracks at Ft.Gordon..

In 1972 at Jump School at Benning, our barracks were old WWI barrack buildings. The toilets then, had no dividers, good thing was, you could ask for the toilet paper to be pasted to you from the next guy.

That didn't bother me as to other GI's, growing up in the 60's, my grandfather's out house had twin seats, in that way, you could decuss the things in the Sears catalog with someone else, and share the pages to wipe your butt.

Here you go, this is the Apt Building we lived in..that Library used to be a school and a playground. I used to play around all the oak trees behind our building
