Can and will you help a homeless Veteran with a Therapy dog seeking assistance and shelter?
Tomorrow my dog and I become homeless so I am asking for any housing or help toward housing in an emergency crisis situation where people are arrested for sitting longer than 10 minutes “Camping without a permit” and other worse things. So please help. Thank you

Stephen, your first call should be to the National Call Center for Homeless Veterans at 877-4AID-VET [login to see] ). This is the phone contact for the VA's Homeless Program* for vets experiencing or facing homelessness. The VA has a number of resources and agreements with other government agencies and non-governmental organizations that can assist.
You should also contact your state's Veterans Affairs office* (it has different names depending on the state you live in) to see if they have assistance programs you are eligible for. They are usually connected to local organizations as well that might not have made it onto the radar of the VA.
