We all celebrate Memorial Day in our own way, some more traditionally than others. What have you done that is memorable & rewarding? What things have made you proud to be an American service member/veteran on this day. Let us all know what makes it a special day for you

1. Participating in our local Memorial Day Observance with my family and along side my Cub & Boys Scouts
2. Replacing flags at the graves of local veterans, some of which date back to the Civil War.
3. Flying the Flag on Memorial Day and all days
4. Last year taking the family to the RI Vets Cemetery to meet my uncle, a Korean War vet, who passed away before my wife and I were dating.
