I’m using the Post 911 right now but I switched to the reserve which means that I get to use the montgomery GI selected reserve bill. Can I pass the Montgomery to my wife and still use mine while she is using hers?

You cannot transfer the MGI Bill. When you go to the TEB website it tells you that in order to pass on your GI Bill you are irrevocably changing to a Post 9/11.
You could transfer the remainder of your Post 9/11 and use the MGI Bill, but there is no provision to allow transfer of that one.
