MOST Of The Problems Began When "The No Child Left Behind" Program Was Instituted.
~~"The Elementary and Secondary Education Act hasn't been updated since it was renamed "No Child Left Behind" in 2001 by President George W. Bush. The law was introduced by President Lyndon Johnson..."
~~~The Intent Was To Bring The Lower Level Students UP To The Level Of The Better Students. And As It Was Instituted By A Politician, High Up The Ladder, It Was FORCED To Become A Success ~ BY Actually Teaching TO The Lowest Level Student In The Class. ~ Therefore, Since The Most Ignorant Student Was Passed On, ~ ALL The Students Passed, So PROGRAM Is A Success... It Was The EDUCATION Which Failed.
